Very nice. The truth is people are a social species. We (even us introverts) need each other. It's a super busy modern world and we get caught up in the whirl sometimes to our detriment but it really does come back to needing each other to make it. AA really has the right spin doesn't it - guess that's why it's helped all these years.
Your bead page is terrific. You express your thoughts very well.
I was taught to bead embroidery about 15 years ago by my sister-in-law, Robin Atkins. Bead embroidery workswell for me because I don't have pressure of rules. I feel relaxed while I bead for that very reason. I've used bead embroidery as a way to handle anxiety, a chronic problem for me. I discovered I love texture. So I took a class in free form peyote, and made some jewelry that I really like. My husband completed his degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in studio arts. As he was learning, I learned a lot from him and discovered how many art forms are out there. We work well together, and collaborate frequently. In last few years, I've gone wild with rubber stamping, collage, altered art and ATCs. It's all sooooo coooool!!!
